Steps to Prosperity

Currently, we are in the mid semester break. Usually, this break is only four or three days. But this time, the university gave us one week! However, I couldn't enjoy the vacation so far because I was preparing for the IRIIE program and Ummatic Week. And also, I have two midterms on the first week after the vacation. Poor me :'( Anyway, maybe I don't have time, but I believe that people can make time and I will make time this time for my leisure so I can have some time to enjoy myself. When I came to this university the first time, I wanted to become a more social person. So I wanted to join as many programs as possible. Once upon a time, my mom said about me "Our son, you don't need to worry about him in his studies, but in everything else, you should!"... First year, I attend only small programs but never joined any as a committee or an organizer. In the second year, I joined bigger events as IDB scholars’ conference and IVEC (Inter-Vesity Engineering Competition). I became a committee in a program only once that year and the program was relatively small. In the previous semester, I took 15 cr hrs because I was hoping to participate and organize program as much as possible. But in the end of the semester, that didn't happen. However, this semester, I am taking 21.5 cr hrs and a lot of people are calling me to join them in their programs! Sunday 10/1/2010, I attended a workshop of Quantum Speed Reading or "Photoreading". This is a revolutionary skill that was developed due to the nature of our time when the information comes to us from every corner at every moment. Thankfully, I was able to increased my speed twice just in one day workshop.
