Happy Anniversary!
Being a bachelor student in the Kulliyyah of Engineering was a great experience in my life. It truly has transformed to a better person. As I was a direct intake student, I faced some academic difficulties in my first semester. It was my first time studying with English as medium language. However, alhamdulillah with the help of my colleagues and friends, I managed to overcome all the difficulties. I started being a tutor for different subjects at the Kulliyyah of Engineering in my second year and managed to graduate as a rector list student, alhamdulillah. From my observation, what really makes the Kulliyyah of Engineering different from other the other faculties in IIUM is its number of international students and lecturers. Thus, as an international student, I did not feel left behind. However, we also have good local lecturers in the Kulliyyah. Seeing both of local and international lecturers and staff working together shows me how truly Muslims should treat each other irrespe
